There was that scene in the early 1990s TV show "Twin Peaks" where the girl puts a whole cherry in her mouth -- stem and all -- and manages to eat the cherry and tie a knot in the stem with her tongue. Don't remember what happened to the pit. She did this so she could get a job as a prostitute. Oh brother.
