Is Miracle Whip 2 months past its expiration date safe to use?!
I've was using it during the end of last month when it was about a month and a half old, and I didn't get sick.

It's fine if it looks good, doesn't smell or have mold. Too many freak-out over these expiration dates. They are marketing tools to move products. Except for produce, dairy and meats, most expiration dates are "best used by" dates. The food inside doesn't just break-down the next day.
yes just the oxygen is just escaping and the contents of the of the whip cream just get to a liquidish state
ate 2week old milk
Miracle Whip is never safe to use.
