I think anyone of your ideas will be delicious. Chili prawn linguine is something I do fairly regularly which doesn't take too long to do.

Gently fry off one chopped onion, 4 cloves of chopped garlic and your chopped chili's until soft (approx. 10-12mins)
Add in the prawns (if you have pre cooked prawns then put in for 2-3mins until hot)
Add the onions, garlic, chili's and prawns into the cooked and drained linguine.
Add some some salt and pepper.
Drizzle some olive oil over the dish and enjoy.

In fact I think I might have that for my dinner tonight!

Garlic Prawn Recipe - Takes about 10mins or Less from start to finish.

large prawns cleaned and without heads

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp sherry or rice wine

Black pepper

First of all, boil some water till its steaming hot. Then, take a plate that fits inside your steamer and layer the prawns on it.

Now, whisk the remaining ingredients in a bowl to mix the flavours and pour the prepared sauce over the prawns properly. Make sure to leave the mounds of garlic as topping.

Then, place the plate in the steamer and steam for about 3-4 minutes until the prawns are pink and firm.

Make sure to be careful while removing the plate that you don’t burn your hand.

Serve hot with Linguine noddles or on top of rice.

This is such a wonderful dish. Enjoy!

A dish I reall like is as follows:
1 tbs olive and and 1 tbs butter in a sautee pan - sweat 1/4 cup diced onions for about 5 minutes. Add 2 tbs minced ginger and one tbs minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add your shrimp (season them with salt and pepper) and cook about 2 minutes on each side. Add your cooked and drained pasta and sautee for another 2 minutes (add about 1/4 cup of the pasta liquid as well).

Adjust seasoning and you're good to go - Yummy
