How long will my seeds last in my fridge?

They are flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds & sunflower seed mixed together & they are in a nice jar

Probably a few months. You can extend their life by keeping them in the freezer. They won't harden up since there's so little moisture in them, but they will keep for a year in the freezer.
