Do you want to spread it on bread or pour it over ice cream?

Either way--chocolate is tricky to work w/. If you don't temper it correctly, it breaks up and you have a clumpy/gooey spread.

I recommend you go get a jar of Nutella (aka chocolate spread for the Gods!) or a prepared fudge topping.

You can impress guests w/ garnishes, i.e. sprinkles, really good bread, etc....

Don't bother babysitting and stirring melting chocolate.
