Put them in a zip-lock bag and leave it partially open (just the corner), and microwave them until they are cooked as desired.
Try steaming it...then mix with a bit of salt, butter and pepper...or melt some cheese over it...never fails to work
You'll need a soup pot with a stainer. OK to use a wok too.
Clean your veggies well. Put them on a plate or bowl.
Put the bowl in your soup pot or wok but don't let the water go inside your bowl.
