Cauldron by the way is the make.

Broccoli, Pepper, Cashew & Tofu Stir-Fry
……………………………………………………

Ingredients (for two people):
1 block of smoked tofu (diced into small chunks)
1 large red onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 small red chilli, very finely chopped
Broccoli chopped into small florets
Half a green pepper (sliced)
A couple of handfuls of cashew nuts
A couple of pinches of ginger (optional)
Approx. 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil
Black pepper

Fry the onion, garlic, pepper, chilli and ginger in the olive oil for a few minutes. Then stir in tofu (diced), broccoli, nuts and soy sauce. Continue cooking until the tofu browns and firms whilst ensuring that the broccoli does not overcook. Finally stir in the sesame oil, then serve with noodles or rice.

i tried this in a restaurant last week and i was very disappointed.

I'm sorry, but I think it's an insult to use the word Christmas and tofu in the same sentence, even if you are a veggie! Does "Cauldron Baked" not sniff of even the tiniest hint of bullshite in your mind - because it certainly does to me! At least have some honey coated stuffed walnuts or whatever.... - and NO, I promise you I'm not trying to be insulting to you - indeed, enjoy what you finally decide to eat and Happy Christmas to you.

slice your tofu in long pieces, get some tamari or soya sauce ginger and marantied it for a wee while. then dip in flour and fry gently until golden brown and have your usual christmas veggies.enjoy.
