Some oriental chips have shrimp in them and of course you will want to avoid pork rinds. Other than that, you will not find a list because it would be ridiculously long.
chips are made out of corn, potatoe, or flour.
there is no meat in that at all.
they are all vegetarian.
Most chips in America is vegetaria. I don't think anyone uses lard to fry anymore. If you have a trader joes, they have a list of Vegan food that they carry.
I am not aware of any that aren't.

there are some lays chips fried in sunflower seed oil. they taste the same and are more healthy.
Sainsbury's own basic tortilla chips (19p for 100g) are vegan !!!! Most of Walkers crisps (chips) are vegetarian but check the individual packs!!!
