Vegan recipies for athletes?
I am an avid cyclist. This year for lent I am going vegan. Since this will be the beginning of spring, and therefore cycling season, I need some ideas/recipies for vegan foods I can eat to maintain a heavy training regime, and food to bring on the road with me (similiar to power bars without all the sodiumhexa crap). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I have nothing to add to the great info above. But I just wanted to say that a good friend of mine cycled all through college on scholarship with the UC team and now cycles semi-pro and has been veggie/ mostly vegan all the way through. Good luck!
