What can you use in recipes as a non dairy substitute for powdered milk?!

Question:

What can you use in recipes as a non dairy substitute for powdered milk?

I need it to be sugar, chemical, preservative, wheat, and dairy free.

Answers:
In Australia you can by powdered soy or coconut powdered milks with no additives which I use as I'm vegan. Maybe wherever you live you can get these from supermarket or bulk health food outlet. Many Asian outlets sell dried powdered products also. good luck with your search.

It depends on what the recipe is. There are non-dairy milk substittues available - they are powdered - I think mostly soy based - try the supermarket Alternative foods section.

Unsweetened soymilk but check to make sure it doesn't contain casein or caseinate.

try better than milk
