There is no need to wash almonds before eating. As for how to eat them depends on what season it is.

If it is winters then you should try eating them with skin. Whole almonds give heat to your body. So in winters in helps you keeping warm from inside. Also, the oil from them avoids your skin from getting dry in winters.

In summers, you should soak the almonds overnight, peel them next day and then eat it. Soaked and peeled almonds gives coolness to body .... that what we need in summers.

Hope it helped.

My momma told me.

eat it all

You, of course, take the shells off, but the brown skin is fine to eat.

Yah with the skin

You eat them whole, all of them.

after they are out of the shell you eat them.

if you don't like the skin buy slivered almonds.

Eat them with the skin on and nope you don't have to wash them. Enjoy !

Remove from shell, enjoy!

open mouth
insert nut
chew chew chew
shallow

WHOLE THING. I mean...without the shell and all.

Eat everything except the shell.

After you remove the shell you put it in your mouth, and no you dont wash them first.

Just eat and enjoy!

Just buy the ones in a can that's ready to eat. They are just as good and just as healthy.

They are good roasted and i peel them but hey it isall up to you.

it's safe to eat everything but the shell. wash them if you want but it's not necessary.

The skin is supposed to have fibre and is anyway very thin.
You can wash and soak them overnight before eating, they taste delicious and juicy!
