Has anyone got some good vegan recipes for salad?!

Question:

Has anyone got some good vegan recipes for salad?

I've got a lot of general vegan recipes but I'm stuck for salad ideas. I'm looking for protein or carb rich salads using beans, lentils or grains. I don't really know how to use them in an interesting and tasty way! Any ideas would be appreciated.
