MacroBiotic way of life....?!

Question:

MacroBiotic way of life....?

I just really started hearing about this way of eating and discovered that I am already doing almost exactly what I found on the net. I am going to go 100% macrobiotic and was looking for any suggestions, ideas, recipes, or any general advice. I want to know what others are doing that have adapted to this way of life. I believe it is healthy and I am very interested in learning all I can about it. Thanks for the help in advance.

Okay, I also want to say that I am not a fanatic and I am not doing it to CURE anything. I just happen to really enjoy these foods. I dont have an agenda.

And I have other foods on my shopping list that are reportedly foods that you should AVOID, I eat what i want to when I want to, but I am going to try and do this with a few twists.

Microboitic can be incredibly healthy, but like with any diet it's important to get all the right nutrients. I follow a very natural diet most of the time due to allergies, and I eat a lot of bean stews, soups, cereals, salads with lentils, beans, that sort of thing. After a while it becomes second nature and you don't cravbe processed food at all, I just want natural food that keeps me healthy. Sorry I don't have any detailed info for you, but good luck with it.

hmmmmmmmmmmmm dunno soz

It is healthy but more of spiritual venture isnt it? I really suggest a book.
