How do people who only eat fruits and vegetables get full?!

Question:

How do people who only eat fruits and vegetables get full?

Answers:
the protein and fibre make you feel full. The longer it takes to digest it makes you feel fuller longer. So if you were going to just eat fruit and veggies, you would aim for low GI (for th long digestion - http://www.glycemicindex.com/) high protien, non processed (for the fibre) foods, such as legumes - beans, long grain rice, apples, etc. not hard.

u eat alot of them

they do not just eat vegetable they have like Naan or roti and rice ( that how india people do it) and have chicks peas and red kidney beans and other stuff..

its easy...i cant get full with out them.......lik i can eat a buffet of meat and pasta ,but wont get full untill i take a bit of fruit or veggies........weird though

I don't know anyone who only eats fruits and veggies.

It must be a myth.

haha

Fiber.

I don't know anybody that only eats fruits and vegs

Have you ever eaten an apple?
If I ate two I would feel like exploding!

grains and fibre make you feel full
I eat meat but I often have vegetarian meals that are tasty and very satisfying

I HAVE NO IDEA, I JUST ATE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK AND NOW IM EATING BEEF JERKY, AND THE THOUGHT OF VEGGIES MADE ME THROW UP IN MY MOUTH ALITTLE BIT. YUCK!

The mass of what goes into your stomach has nothing to do with what that mass is made up of. You stomach has stretch receptors to let you know when you are full.

we eat carbs and potato and breads too these are good enough to make you full

Eat rice and beans and pasta too!
