I've never heard of a vegetable smoothie either, only fruit. However, you can juice pretty most things if that's what you meant. The root vegetables don't do a lot (potoato, turnip etc) but carrots, cucumbers etc all do great in a juicer. Carrot is very sweet on its own but with most other veg you'd probably be best to mix with apple or something to sweeten it a bit.
It's true that cooking veg can pretty much leach all the goodness out, so if you can't face eating it raw, then only steam veg for a couple of minutes (again apart from potatoes).

Yes, including the salmonella spinach and the e. Coli onions from taco Bell.

yeah except for the ones with poison in them.

not rotten fruit

yes better that way as you get all the vitamins ,you lose a lot of vitamins cooking them ,

you make smoothies with fruit honey. not veggies.

yes I would remove seeds enjoy I am an x vegetarian

pretty much. Any healthy thing thats raw is fine to eat.

so long as they were safe to eat raw by themselves.

i believe so unless they are old and moldy and stuff. make sure you wash them thoroughly

yes make sure you wah all first.

yes within reason.

if they are from Organic farming most of the raw eatable veg. are safe, I do not recommend to have the conventional one.

Yes, I do carrot and orange thats nice.

What's a smoothy? I thought it was kind of milk shake. Any way, I wouldn't recommend turnips, swedes or celeriac.
