Answers:
After cubing the tofu, you can fry it by rolling it in in corn starch. That works well enough.

Oddly, my very favorite type of tofu breading is Bisquick. There is a recipe on the back of the box. It is thick, but I love it because it has a sweetness to it.

You can use rice and a peanut sauce (if you just want a super fatty night) or any style of Chinese sauces. Heck, if you only want deep-fried goodness, dip it in some yummy sauce.

:)

Tofu is for idiots.

Yummy! Look up recipes on allrecipes.com. The recipes on the site are rated so you know which is a popular recipe or not.

Or:

Crumble a package of Export Soda crackers and separate it. Have one battered egg. Add your preferred spices to the crackles. Cut the Tofu in 1 sq inches. Dip the cubed tofu on the, then on the crackers crumbs and deep fry on Vegetable or Canola oil on Med-high until brown.

Serve with Soy Sauce and diced scallions.

The last recipe is probably more what you are looking for, but the first two are the best, far as I've tasted.

Go to allresipes.com and tip in friedtofu. you will get 20 or so resipes to look at and see if you would like.

Lots of recipes, but very fast to try now is, Slice tofu into preferred size(burger size for on bun, or thin slices to have with veges) pat with paper towel. Now you can either dip into soy sauce and grill in oil of choice(I love sesame or olive oil) or you can mix salt and pepper into flour, lightly coating tofu and in a hot oiled pan quickly fry. I love to dip in sweet chilli sauce.

you should make stir fry tofu!it's so delicious!just chop up the tofu and pour vegetables into the pan and then pour the tofu into the pan also!very good.you should try it!
