Please be careful.... I used to have a juicer until it blew up on me. No kidding!! I was trying to juice grapes (with seeds) and the thing just exploded all over the place. The blade shattered and there were pieces lodged in my walls and ceiling. We were still finding pieces of the thing a year later. It was a miracle that nobody got injured or even killed.

Potatoes are pretty easy to juice. Unfortunately, though raw potato juice is very good for you, it tastes like dirt. Mix potato juice with something sweet, like orange or strawberry.
Some vodkas are made from potato juice. Maybe you can do that. :I

Not palatable plain, but useful as a thickener. Or not -- use too much and your soup turns into sludge.
