Vegetarians are more healthy than meat eaters, make sure your vegies are fresh.

Eat meat. We are omnivores. There are no other natural substitutes for the nutrients in meat.

Google the Vegetarian food pyramid and try to follow that. It's very similar to the regular food pyramid as far as what we need to be healthy.

If you are really dedicated to being healthy, then veganism is the way to go. I take a supplement because it helps with my anger problems as well as makes sure I have all the nutrients. Get enhanced soymilk, which gives you nutrients that dairy can NEVER give you. Don't load up on mock meats--they have too much sodium. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and if you find you're losing a lot of weight that you shouldn't be, then start adding some whole grains (pasta and bread are two places to start) into your diet so that it's a healthy way of adding more calories to your diet. I'm posting some sites you should check out for further information.

Just make sure you eat a good wide range of food to ensure a healthy, well-balanced diet. The link below goes to the UK Vegetarian Society website and contains some really helpful information.

you should try lots of fruits and the new brand of organic cereals and fruits and also try tofu and this meat but its made out of vegetables you should find it next to the fruits

Take vitamin supplements.
