Where can I get lecithin?!

Question:

Where can I get lecithin?

Where can I buy pure lecithin? What form it's in doesn't matter, so long as it's just lecithin and nothing else. I don't want a ton of it, just a small bottle/package, and I'm intending to use it as an emulsifier (for cosmetic chemistry). If you know of a similar natural emulsifier I can use in place of lecithin, and you can tell me where to find it, that would be fine too.

Answers:
Lecithin is mostly a mixture of glycolipids, triglycerides, and phospholipids (e.g. phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol). Lecithin is commercially available in high purity as a food supplement and for medical uses.

Lecithin protects cells from oxidation. Commercial lecithin, as used by food manufacturers, is a mixture of phospholipids in oil.
