steamed, with herbs...definitely some garlic and maybe some sweet onions thrown in!

Fresh and prolific.

I prefer them to be raw, with ranch to dip them in.

Steamed.......yummy yummy yummy & a wink !

I like some fried and some plain

I like my veggies added to soups.

With garlic....mmmm. :)

steamed or raw - especially broccoli and cauliflower!

Stir fried or steamed in a steamer. My folks had this steamer siting at home for 8 years and used it twice. Mom wanted to toss it out and now I have used it about 8 times in three weeks. It is also great for rice.

Usually just raw.
Steamed is good too.

Steamed to crisp-tender only. I hate overcooked mushy veggies. Unless the veggie is a potato, then they have to be mashed with the skin on.

raw sometimes drizzled with a bit of vinegar and/or lemon juice.

roasted, or sauted

I like them raw or steamed. I use lemon or lime juice, Bragg's Aminos, brewers yeast, nutritional yeast, wheat germ, crumbled seaweed, apple cider vinegar and sesame oil as conidments. I rotate eating different veggies every day.

I like them washed well and raw dipped in ranch

Stuck on a skewer, brushed with butter & grilled on the barbie.

Steamed with a little no sodium Mrs. Dash seasoning.

Oh so many ways. Stir fried, steamed tender crisp with a garlic cream sauce or a cheddar sauce, deep fried for mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, green beans or cauliflower.

yes i do I love my veggies. so I love them more then like them.
