Anyone recommend any good links/books for parents of young vegetarians?
Hi all,
Though I live a semi-vegetarian lifestyle, my little sister (15) has chosen to pick up a true vegetarian diet. Though I provide my mom with recipes, I'd like to get her a good book or perhaps some sort of reading that would help support the diet as well as provide some sort of understanding of the choice.
Also, I know this is long winded bare with me please, books for young adults? Thanks for your help!

The Vegetarian Society website is fantastic. It's brimming over with information and has recipes and even help with explaining to parents, friends etc why a veggie diet has been chosen.

they have TONS of links and info and they will send you a free vegetarian starter kit that you can also download and print out if you want. =)
