I'm not a Vegan but I would like to eat out with you on a regular basis. =)
Even though there dietary habits are different than most they still eat 3-6 times a day. Most eat better than the normal person as they are concerned about there own health not just the animals. It take a lot of thought and energy to be a vegan. Some eat only raw foods so they do not lose any nutritional value in the food
everything that does not include animal products. I know this sounds like a cop-out but think about it. It will make sense.
It really doesn't take a lot of thought or planning be a vegan. It's simple...if it was made from or out of any animal product just don't buy, eat or wear it. Veganism makes you more conscious of what you are eating though! I always read every food label now.
Anything that doesn't contain animal products.
A vegetarian eats anything that doesn't contain dead animal parts.
An omnivore eats anything.
The "regular basis" portion of your question isn't relevant.
well everyone tells me i need protien and i say you need to eat nuts, for example almonds, peanuts, and chessnuts and all that other good stuff. because if you don't get protien from meat you have to get it from something else.

In most cases, we eat in and make our own meals. Easier that way and you know what you are getting. Another option and it works well is find a food-coop who offers meals and they will work hard in creating you the mael you request.
