Hubby says I will regret eating all these greens?!

Question:

Hubby says I will regret eating all these greens?

I'm really hungry, so I ate a ton of brussel sprouts and spinach. Am I going to have awful stomachaches from all this?

Answers:
Invest in a good bathroom air freshener! Depending on how touchy your stomach is, depends on if you get a stomach ache though. The hubby should quit taunting you though - he'll be the one that will regret it! Payback's a .... LOL

probably not, but, you'll have a wicked bowel movement!!

tell hubby to wear a gas mask...........

If you aren't used to it.

Spinach will make you constipated in a BAD way!

You'll probably have some pretty nasty gas, but at least you got a lot of iron!

Let's put it this way...Jim Fix was a vegan, a marathon runner and died of a massive heart attack...Linda McCarthey was a vegan and died from breast cancer...Now Arnold and Stallone eat meat.....I rest my case...and you WILL have a tummy ache!

actually greens are healthy for you, but too much ain't good for some parts of the body, too much spinach can cause kidney stones because it contains a lot vitamin C. Once a while only eating all that is ok, but not daily, its better to have small portions and with other foods.

You might experience a stomach ache from gas pains. Try some Gas-X to relieve the pressure.

he is gonna regret you ate it
sleep on the couch

YOU won't regret it... but HE will tonight....

The sprouts will give you gas but the fiber is good for you!

He probably meant you'll get lots of gas if you ate a lot of greens. As for the nutrition, you ate a ton of good stuff, so good for you. Eating a Big Mac is something to regret, but eating greens is fine, gas or no gas.
