Vegan Miso Salad Dressing Recipe
1/4 cup miso
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger OR 1 tsp ginger powder
water as needed (optional)

Combine all ingredients using a blender or food processor. If mixing by hand, use a fork or whisk and beat until smooth.
Add a bit of water, a teaspoon at a time, if desired, for a thinner consistency.

I searched many sites, and this was the recipe with the least amount of oil. I've also listed a site incase you would like to seak one out on your own. Good luck in your search and with your breakout.

You're going to have a difficult time finding a dressing without any oil in it. Is there a reason for the no oil?

You could try using tahini i/o oil, but there are plenty of nut oils that taste nice.

well i am vegan but have never had a non oil dressing. maybe you could buy a ranch seasoning packet (that you normally would add to sour cream or what not) and add it to...soy milk? i dont know, soy milk is the only substitute i could think of. or just use like hummus or salsa as a dressing. i do that a lot.

What kind of "doctor" was this? More information, please...
