What are the uses of apricots?!

Question:

What are the uses of apricots?

Answers:
while i love them raw and in their purest form, they are also great for jams and jellies, baby food, pancake or dessert toppings, edible oils, and in salads. they become more versatile after they have been dried, as they can be used for all of the above and also thrown into numerous types of baked goods. i live in northern california and we lost all of our apricot crop statewide last year to bad weather. we are looking forward to a good one this year!
