A person who avoids ALL animal products. This includes Meat, Dairy, Honey, Eggs and as far as I know, it also includes not using wool, leather, silk, beeswax etc.
A person who eats neither animals or animal byproducts, such as milk or cheese.
Vegetarians dont eat meat but often eat cheese, eggs, drink milk, etc. A vegan doesnt eat meat or eggs or dairy. Nothing that has anything to do with animals, rather its meat or not.

A person that lives a very unhealthy lifestyle. They eat no mean what so ever, no milk, no cheese, they just eat tofu and water basically. I knew someone vegan and she was very pale and sick looking.

I would say that they are very "stricked" vegetarians! They don't eat anything that has got a "mother". This includes milk, cheese, etc.
Vegan's are usually people who don't like to keep any animals captive. Keeping an animal captive purly for its milk is inhumane to them.
