just about all of them except potatoes, turnips and such they are too difficult to digest. also try jicama...it is really good and can be eaten plain or used in dips or cooked, in salads...it has a nice, mild, sweet taste and is crunchy. low to no calories and good for you.

What about the 7 layer salad - all veggies not cooked. Its natural, grown from the ground, you can eat raw.
