Quick tofu recipe?!

Question:

Quick tofu recipe?

I need an easy tofu recipe using things you would normaly find around the house.

(celery, broccoli, garalic, soy sauce onions simple things like that)

Also, it has to taste good.

Answers:
Here are my two favorites recipes:
BBQ TOFU
Chop an onion, fry it olive oil (just a little olive oil). Add the BBQ sauce to the onions and then cut the tofu and add it(extra firm tofu). Mix the tofu with the onions, and viola! You can make sandwiches or eat it with rice.

TOFU SAUTE
Chop carrots, onions, peppers and any other vegetable you like. Fry some extra firm tofu and when it's golden brown, put it in a plate. In the same oil (remember, not too much oil) add the vegetables, soy sauce and then the tofu you cooked before. Serve with rice. mashed potatoes or anything else you like.

Hope it helped!

Maybe the quickest:

Raman Noodles, chopped green onions, diced tofu. Serve. Eat.

Much better and more nutritious:

Dice tofu and marinate in toasted sesame oil, crushed garlic, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and perhaps a little housin sauce and prepared pureed hot chiles and garlic.

Cook rice (25 minutes)

Chop onion. Grate ginger root. Chop carrot, broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms into bite-size pieces.

Cook in a wok with 2 Tbsp plain cooking oil, adding veggies in the sequence given above. Last, add the marinated tofu. Cooking time 5-10 min. Serve stir fried veggies over rice.

make a tasty veggie soup and add the tofu to it

Oriental Stir Fry

Ingredients

marinated tofu pieces
bean sprouts
bamboo shoots
brown onion
mini corn on the cob
spring onions
red peppers
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
vegetable oil
soy sauce
noodles

If you cannot buy tofu that is already marinated then cut plain or smoked tofu into small chunks and marinate overnight in soy sauce.

Cut the vegetables into strips, removing the stalk and seeds of the peppers and the skin of the onion.

Warm a few tablespoons of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add all of the vegetables at once and gently toss in the hot pan until they start to colour.

Then add the tofu and continue to toss the mixture for 5 minutes until the tofu is piping hot. Serve immediately with noodles.

this might be the easiest and the most refreshing way to eat tofu. just add soy sauce, with 3 to 4 drops of sesame oil, and serve
