If you want an awsome centrifical force juicer, get a Breville. I'm not a big fan of Juiceman Juicers, they are outdated now and have a small food opening. The Jack Lalane one is a good copy of the Breville, but reviews I've seen say it can have problems, and after some research online I went with the Breville, and it is sweeeet:

If you want to juice wheatgrass, make raw nutbutters, and raw fruite ice cream all in one machine, get a Champion masiticating juicer:

The breville is so brutal it will juice wheat grass pretty good on its own, but a masticating juicer is a very slow juicer that gets every last nutrient out anything you put in there, and is all about wheatgrass. I just use mine to make butters and icecream though :).
Yes, it is perfectly acceptable to juice things like parsley, cabbage, kale, collard greens, etc. (It's not really common to juice lettuce.)
You won't find a juicer that does ALL veggies and fruits...b/c not all veggies and furits can be juiced. For example, a banana cannot be juiced as it has no juice and will ruin the juicer. In that case, you'd have to make the base of your juice and then put that juice in the blender w/ the banana.
I am on my third juicer...my first two were Hamilton Beach. They were okay....the hopper (or chute) was kinda small and I had to chop everything into tiny pieces. A couple years ago I purchased a Jack LaLane Juicer and I adore it!!
I accept email - write if you have more questions.
Good luck! :-)
I use the Jack Lalanne Juicer, but I hear the Juiceman Juicer is also pretty good. I can juice anything vegetable or fruit-wise in mine, and it ran about $100 at Target. My only advice is if possible, try to find the Stainless steel version, as my white plastic one does stain easily.
