Do Mushrooms have Iron in them ?!

Question:

Do Mushrooms have Iron in them ?

Answers:
Yes, I believe they do.
Mushrooms have a number of good nutrients in them. There is debate regarding whether mushrooms actually contain Vit B12. The most likely do not, and any B12 obtained from mushrooms probably comes from bacteria in the dirt left of the mushrooms. (I guess there may also be some iron from this dirt as well!)

Yes, they sure do! They are a good source of iron.

Depends on the mushroom. Criminis are high in iron. The mushroom in general is high in copper which helps iron make red blood cells.

They are very high in potassium, selenium and vitamin C.

Mushrooms are valuable health food - low in calories, high in vegetable proteins, chitin, iron, zinc, fiber, essential amino acids, vitamins & minerals.
