Answers:
Try to limit your exposure to meat, and make sure that you REALLY want to become vegetarian. Are you doing it for yourself, or to make points with someone? If you are sure you want to stop eating it, you will. Otherwise, you may be rushing yourself to do something you aren't ready for.
Yes, I am a vegetarian, and it took me almost 20 years to become "meatless".
Good Luck!

you don't have to your body needs it at least you're eating something healthy

vegetables are what food eats before it becomes food

just think of that video every single time youre tempted to eat meat

If you wanted to stop, you would.

If you want to eat hot, juicy pieces of the corpses of defenseless animals, you will.

Choose.

It takes will power. The longer you go without meat, the easier it becomes

just think of an animal sacrificing it's life just to feed you, that'll turn your mouth sour.

You are a meat eating and vegetable eating creature (omnivore). If you choose to be a vegetarian, it is a conscious decision and you just have to stop eating it. There are no tricks. If you have your mind and heart set on going veg, then it will work for you. Some vegetarians still crave meat, they just choose not to eat it.

Have a good friend hold you accountable....

Try fake meat. Fry it up in vegetable oil or Crisco. Not logical from a health perspective but it provides an ethical 'meat fix'. Eventually the cravings will subside or disappear as you train your body (and your taste buds) to accept plant protein. Of course you should make sure wholesome foods, not fake meat, is your main protein source.

very simple, just avoid meat.

MA'AM,PUT THE FORK DOWN,AND STEP AWAY FROM THE BEEF! (Or chicken,whatever..)
when You see eating meat as an easy or welcome opportunity,I don't think You're quite ready to give up on it yet...it takes time and effort to go from Omnivore to Vegetarian, especially when meat is still available for You-You have to remove the temptation to eat meat by removing it from fridge or cupboards, and stock up on veggie replacements-if You're hungry, you want food, and reaching for a burger is an easy fix-have veggie snacks/salads ready prepared in the fridge for when the munchies strike, and plan your meals in advance so You don't have the option of meat meals or alternatives..good luck!

keep your mouth shut..it works.

Maybe if you tried to ease into it it would help. Don't make meat the main part of your meal have more vegetables and fruit and grains available. If you focus more on the vegetables and fruits it really does help.

your body is trying to tell you something obey it, if you become a vegan you will be missing out on the nutrients from the four main food groups

Start your dinner (or any other meal) with raw vegetables.
Green salad with olive oil and sea salt tastes great.
After this, if you still really want meat, have it. But have ONLY MEAT, without anything else.

It's not a recepy how to quit eating meat, but how to eat it in the most healthy way.

Just stop putting the meat in your mouth. I saw the video as well and I haven't eaten meat since. It's not hard, just don't eat it.

sew your mouth shut

try to go more on greens,
it takes time to convert. be patient..

it willl not kill to eat a bit of meat, like fish..
try not to be too strict, too

Takes tIME, Ya know

there is a website that has a 3-step process to becoming a vegetarian. It's www.tryveg.com or www.veggie123.com either one but it's really helpful!

Behavioral change is always difficult the proven steps are to go slow and reward yourself for when you have accomplished your goal of being vegetarian. every day that you do not eat meet reward your self with something you like
small desserts sadly are one of the most effective for eating healthy and changing your behavior with rewards

or set aside money (the money you save from not eating meat) and go shopping with it and mentally tell your self that you deserve to spoil yourself for being a better person.

Joe

you dont

Do it gradually.
And...
... remember the PETA videos when you want a burger.
Remember the bad things uric acid, cholesterol, growth hormones and anti-biotics do to your body.
Remember that there are meat substitutes (tofu, seitan, wheat gluten, textured veg. protein, etc.)
Remember that it's animal muscle tissue that you're feasting on, and you wouldn't bite someone's arm for protein, right?
