What's the best way to make almond milk that's smooth?
Every time I try to make it, I can't get all the almond pulp out and it sticks in my throat like sawdust and makes me gag. Is there a way to make it without pulp?
Answers:
Using a wet stone grinder method is best. That is, a stone grinder that is designed for wet grinding as opposed to dry grinding. Yes, then strain at the end.
Maybe this will help

You cant make almond milk. I know this because you need a breast for milk and the last time I checked there was no Almond breast.
Its Almond Juice, and who the heck wants almond juice?
You have to strain it through a couple layers of cheese cloth. Drape the cheese cloth over a strainer and pour the milk into a pitcher through the cheese cloth. When you're done, pick up the cheese cloth by the corners and wring any remaining almond milk out of the pulp captured in the cloth. Enjoy. :)
Soak the almonds in water overnight, blend well with more water...
I strain it a couple times through a lint-free, tightly-woven cloth (like a tea towel), and i've never had any problems with it.
I dont think so cause if you mix almound milk you need to mix pulp with it so it can be good!! I think you did it wrong cause you said it sticks in you throat so you did do it wrong!!!!
I don know.
