do you eat mexican maza? and you know just add water, well, if you do what's the healthiest way to eat it? is there full grain masa? or full wheat tortillas? is it fattening?

The last thing a vegan needs to worry about is fattening foods.
Maza is ground corn, they use the whole kernal. You can find whole wheat tortillias in the store. I ve bought them before.
I'm a vegetarian and I eat Mexican maza. It is fattening depending on the way you cook it. Most Mexicans deep fry everything so it tends to be really fattening however fresh flour tortillas are healthy for you.
Do not choose store bought tortillas over maza. The fresher made ones taste better!
