Eating vegtables?
Some vegtables i can eat raw ok.But the same vegtables will make me sick if i try to eat them cooked.Why does this happen

Mite be because the taste and texture changes .
The flavor changes once cooked. Simple as that. No problem, though. Raw is actually the best way to eat most vegetables as they still have all of their nutrients.
That's funny because for me it's usually the opposite.
It's a matter of taste. Any vegetable is healthier eaten raw, though.
It could be the seasonings used when cooking or better yet, when vegetables are cooked, boiled or blanched, a lot of the nutrients are extracted even if they are stir-fryed. That may be the reason.
