First, have some rice handy -- leftovers are fine.

Grate some carrots, and fry just briefly, then season with garlic and sesame seed.
Thaw out some spinach, and do the same seasoning. (or fry and season fresh spinach)
Fry some moyashi bean sprouts, and season with garlic and sesame, too.
Cut some tempeh and fry it with a nice vegetarian barbecue sauce/hot sauce.
(About three minutes of frying for each ingredient)
Now, in a pre-heated heavy skillet (it can be the one you did all the frying in), add about a tablespoon of sesame oil per person. Add one to one and a half cups of rice per person. Spread it out in the skillet to form a 2 cm thick "pancake" and turn the heat down to low. On the top, arrange your veggies and tempeh (if you don't use tempeh, just add some hot sauce to the top of everything). If you can eat eggs, crack one or two eggs in the center of the veggies. Cover, and cook on low until the rice is brown and crispy, and the eggs are firm. Then mix the whole thing up and serve with some hot sauce and oyster sauce.

Very delicious! And it sounds complicated, but it's extremely easy. You can be eating within 20 minutes, easily.
