Meanwhile in the real world...... No how did you work that out it has no rhyme, reason or logic? Who says we hate vegetarians? We do not!! When I was a vegetarian I got some sound advice from both vegetarians and vegans . never once did a vegan put me down for being a vegetarian. I know some nice, evolved omnivores too that actually use logic. Others give them a bad name by trolling here and baiting us with questions that have a underlying theme about meat eating being great . Talk about your pleas falling on deaf ears!!
Enjoy your meat if you want to eat it and eulogise it in the general food section but don't come back here with your paper thin arguments about us 'Making' you eat meat!! Is that Greenghost I see holding your arm up your back and a steak at your mouth? No I didn't think so!!!!

The problem with many vegetarians is revealed within your question: "making more people eat meat."
The problem is not vegetarianism per se, or any belief system for that matter. The problem is when anyone feels the need to impose their will on others.
All prejudice and most wars have this fundamental human flaw at their core.
humorous. it's hard to say yes or know. one thing is for certain, there are many more professed vegans than there are actual vegans. met a professed vegan once. so what do you eat i asked. mostly a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches she replied. vegans certainly do not eat cheese. or fish.
do your part. please remind your vegan friends that roadkill, by definition, is actually vegan. let's clean up these hiways folks.
I don't think that tons of people are going to change their diet just to spite some vegans that don't eat meat. Not all vegans hate vegetarians. It's quite the contrary. Most vegans have respect towards vegetarians because they have cut out meat from their diet, even if they haven't eliminated animal by-products.
Vegans are generally nice low key people who mind their own business.

No, I've been to their food fairs. They only offer an alternative. They do the experimentation and we come in and try it out. Some of it is surprisingly good.
As my husband and I aged, we became less able to tolerate as much meat as before although we still include some meat. Our food expenditures have been reduced considerably (not by design but by circumstance). We don't spend much on food because we eat simple meals including fresh foods and just don't need to eat as much food anymore.

Actually we only feed meat to the people that we dislike! We secretly get our kicks watching them suffer slow lingering deaths from vCJD or those absolutely hilarious, painful rapid deaths from the effects of Salmonella or E.coli. We roar with laughter watching you people consume Vibrio and heavy metal contaminated sea life! And yes, it was us veggies that are responsible for the murders of 200+ microbiologists that could have cured those diseases.

Believe it or not there are people that *truly* believe that kind of garbage (I got a lecture like that recently)! NONE of us want or try to make people eat more meat!! Vegetarians don't hate vegans and vice versa! I see from you're history you like to stir the **** but also give 10's on Andie's question. Vegans don't hate anybody as a group. (I'm not vegan btw) It absolutely pisses me off when ignorant people make generalizations and assumptions about an ENTIRE group of people.
