Answers:
Sounds like she is going to have a tummy ache and constipation.
Get the girl some ginger-ale, some pepto to make the tummy feel better and some ex-lax... sorry, but she is going to need it.

if she has an upset stomach, let her eat some crackers. she should also take it easy and just relax for awhile.

Just keep drinking so she get use to drinking again

try taking a lactaide.

Well, I think she should not do this again, to prevent this from happening in the future.

A couple of hours with nothing more to eat or drink should do the trick,in the meanwhile if she is extremely hungry a slice of plain toast or a couple of digestive biscuits should be all.

see the doctor or try ling down

Pepsid complete, and don't do that again. It is so bad for you. Try a little bit next time.

Mylanta double strength. I once had food poisoning with ~~severe!!!!!~~ cramping, ohhhh it was so bad!!! I had the sweats, and was moaning and crying and writhing in pain!!! The sucky part was that I couldn't vomit, even though I tried. Finally I did, and immediately afterward took Mylanta double strength. The pain was gone for good, never came back. Whew!

Like the others have said, I really hope she never does that again. I doubt she will.

There really is nothing you can do for that. She'll just have to ride it out.

Try ginger ale, soda crackers, or plain bread. If that doesn't work an antacid might.

Just a side thought...she might not be sick because she hasn't drank milk for a long time, she might be sick because she drank an entire gallon of milk. That's enough to make anyone sick!
