Are Twin gear titratting juicers actually any better then centrifigul juicers?

In some respects..yes. There is less enzyme loss from veges and fruits due to the heat factor of the centrifigual juicers.
Also you can juice grasses like, barley and wheatgrass..which centrifigul juicers do not juice very well at all.
However, for bulk juicing,the centrifigul juicers are much, faster, in that you can juice more quantity and very quickly.
I own a Sampson Wheatgrass juicer. and a Breville centrifual juicer.. and have been happy with both.
