Veg*ns: Can you choose one word to sum it all up?!

Question:

Veg*ns: Can you choose one word to sum it all up?

If you had to choose one word to sum up all your reasons for being a vegan or vegetarian, what would it be?

Since there is so much information out there that most people aren't aware of (or refuse to hear), I know we veg*ns have a tendency to be long-winded. I thought this would be an interesting exercise.
