Why is Campbell's V-8 Vegetable Juice so overpriced?!

Question:

Why is Campbell's V-8 Vegetable Juice so overpriced?

Six 5.5 oz cans for $2.99 or more - Are they crazy? It's main ingredient is Tomato Juice which they sell for 99 cents for a 46 oz can. I really think they could use a little 5 1/2 oz. competition.

Answers:
Because they can sell it and get that price! They've advertised the "all vegetable cocktail" for years and led the public to believe that if they only drink V-8 that they will get all the vegetables they need. Poor tomatoe juice!!!! Plus, small cans seem to cost more simply because they're small! Go figure!

Because the vegetable Man wants to bring us down, dude

I live in the midwest, at the grocery stores right now there is a sighn over the tomatoes and oranges,it says,"Sorry for the price rises there has been a freeze in Cailifornia",now Im from cali,it has never froze,I checked...WHAT FREEZE,my point is,(tomatoe, tomatoe juice)...there is sand in the vaseline, and we are getting srewed with it....enjoy your juice, drink it out of a champayne glass !!!

No, they're not crazy-people buy it. They're too lazy to buy a small Rubbermaid container and pour a small amount of juice from a large economical container.

because it's good, you can make your own v8
it'll taste better then the overpriced crap, you can tastes the freshness, mmmmm freshness

also try
cucumber juice
lettus juice
