Answers:
Strictly vegan? No chance... Your best bet is Poor Richards for some vegan options. I pass through there every so often and I usually stop by Mountain Mama's health food store for supplies. M M's is arguably the best health food store in the state! But for restaurants it's as bad as Texas. :-(

Most normal restaurants have vegan dishes as well.
