Recommend some vegetarian frozen entrees?!

Question:

Recommend some vegetarian frozen entrees?

are there any pre-packaged (frozen, canned, just-add-water) vegetarian meals that are low in fat, low in sodium, high in fiber, and taste good?

Answers:
Amy's makes very tasty frozen entrees
as well as vegetarian and vegan burritos.
They just came out with a delicious spinach
and tofu wrap also.

Dr. Sears Zone makes a vegan omelet
that is the bomb as well as some other
vegetarian lac to ovo entrees that I've never
tried.

Moose wood makes a great vegan Penne
pasta and some other vegetarian entrees.

Cedar lane makes an entree that is lac to
ovo that has veggie chicken in it.

Kashi has one or two veggie entrees as
well.

Amy's also makes one vegan type of
pizza ands several meatless pizzas.

In some health food stores and
Whole Food's you can find entrees
by Ethnic Gourmet and Green Guru
that are vegan or vegetarian.
However you will have to watch for
sodium with this brand.

Simply Asia and A Taste of Thai
market rice and wheat noodle
entrees that are vegan and veg
that are packed on shelves
at grocery stores, super walmarts,
walgreens, etc. They are quick
meals that include soy protein.
The salt content varies with each
different type of dish that they
offer.

Hope this helps
Good Luck.

the smart ones frozen dinners make some really good, low fat/cal and high fiber meals that taste really good. My favorite is the spaghetti marinara with garden vegetables, and the lasagna florentine.

brocolli

Morning Star, Veggie Bites, they come in two flavors broccoli chedder and artichoke, you just throw them in the oven and warm them up they are delicious and can be a meal in themselves, they are very high in protein and really healthy for you my kids love them and if kids will eat them they have to be good....

Amy's is pretty darn tasty. The cheese enchiladas are really good! quorn products are really good too.

Amy's has some great frozen meals. I love the enchiladas & there is also a "bean" bowl of some sort. I eat it all the time but for the life of me can remember what the name is called. It has beans, bell peppers, tofu, some other veggies & a yummy mexican taste. Very filling! Amy's also carries a veggie lasagna too. That is really good! Here's their address:

I also buy other items from them too. I love their soups!!

Enjoy!

One more vote for Amy's!!! Widely available (which is important to me since I travel), they all cook the same (vent the wrap and nuke 5 minutes) and really are tasty! Yves and Gardenburger also have some good entrees out there but they are much harder to find.

It's been years since I've had them so I'm not positive on low-fat, low-sodium, high-fibre, but I do remember them as being unusually healthy for frozen entrées. Ingredients you'd use yourself and no more, really.

To be honest, I don't know that you can get all three -- especially the high fibre part -- and have it be tasty. Might as well eat the box...
