Apparently I need to add, as it seems people are unaware, that marshmallows generally contain gelatin as do a lot of other - mainly chewy - sweets. Gelatin, for those who don't know, is a substance derived from the skin, bones and cartilage of animals. As such, vegetarians do not eat products containing gelatin.

There are no meat products in marshmellows so aren't all marshmellows vegetarian?
Marshmallows are vegetarian. Vegetarian means it's not meat, poultry, or fish. You may mean vegan, which is made with no animal products at all, like milk and eggs.
I have no idea where you can get vegan marshmallows, but there are vegan and vegetarian grocery stores. I know someone who goes to a Seventh-Day Adventist grocery store, where everything is vegan.
