What should I make for dinner!?!?!

Question:

What should I make for dinner!?!?

Well I am a vegetarian.

I want to make something with all or some of these ingredients:
- celery
- green and red peppers
- carrots
- brocolli
- mushrooms
- green onion
- onion
- tomatoes

It doesn't have to be with JUST that stuff, but I was hoping some of it could be included in the recipe. Thanks in advance!

Answers:
I'm having stuffed peppers. - halve the peppers and put them in the oven at 200 degrees C until softened. whilst this is happening fry some diced onions and rice add small amount of stock when rice starts to brown. Once stock is absorbed put mixture into each pepper half, put grated cheese on top and stick back in the oven until the cheese browns. Yummy yummy.

stir fry

a big salad! YUMMY.

Stir-Fry ( yummy )

ah would go to chucky cheese

make a soup useing all of those items

I am a vegetarian too. We just went to this cafe in NYC called the healthy food cafe and they made this great vegeburger. You could also make a stir fry. O, and of course a lental soap with vege broth

Those would make a nice salad.

Something digestible for once.

Hello,

If you're looking for something a little different: the meatless 'meatloaf' from Moosewood is excellent.

Take care,

Tofu or Vegetable Fajitas

Saute tofu or vegies with tequila, garlic, olive/veg oil (whichever you prefer) salt, pepper, or any seasoning of your choice..also a little chipotle is good for a kick. We usually use red and green, peppers, onions and sometimes mushrooms, but you could add carrots or celery or whatever you like, some people i know like corn in it also.

Serve with beans (refied, pinto or black!), rice if you would like it, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole

wrap it all up in a tortilla..flour or corn and you got yourself one heck of a YUMMMY dinner!!!

I agree with Dr. Universe make a soup!
