Most healthfood stores have alternative soy based meats. I dont eat them due to soy allergy, but I have seen them. I think there is a turkey and chicken type meat substitute. Hang in there, the cravings will pass. At first, I had terrible cravings. Now, just passing the meat counter makes me gag, lol. I also use grilled portabello mushrooms for a meat sub, or canned beans to make a taco filling.

yes they have them, usually where they keep the soy milk...try Krogers or a health food store like Wild Oats.

I have tried a few of them but did not like them. A natural market near me carries vegetarian "turkey" salad though and it is great. Smart Bacon is a veggie bacon that makes a great "BLT".

Try Tofurky. It is really good.

I like the ones dat Worthington makes! They're in red boxes in the freezer at the store. In the refridgerator case they got ones from Lightlife and Yves but I don't like them as much but they're ok and are still way better than eating dead animals!!!!!

tofurkey has good ones.
