Is there anything wrong with having a 1 oz. shot of wheat grass every day?!

Question:

Is there anything wrong with having a 1 oz. shot of wheat grass every day?

I have been having one and feel great. Years ago when I was dieting I was having a yogurt shake everyday and felt great about it until someone told me that it was too much sugar and I should cut back so now I'm thinking that there must be some reason that I shouldn't have the wheat grass either. I mean it just tastes so good and it makes me smile. I feel like it's really good for me but is it really?
