Answers:
Do you have a crockpot? You can make stewed apples with cinnamon and it's just like apple pie!

Juice them. Freeze the excess juice for when the tree isn't producing.

Simplest thing would be to juice them.

Next would be applesauce.

apple pie and give it away to the neighbors.
You can also can them.
or make apple sauce.
why not take them to a stable and let the owner feed them to his horses.
Or you could make a nice apple butter or apple jelly

Apple wine is sooooooooooo nice and sooooooooo easy to make! Lets me know wen its redy.

Pickle em and they last a long time.

U good make a pie using shorting. or Baked Brown Sugared Apples.. Or Apple coconut pudding! See your library for Vegan Recipes.. Most libraries have some although the vegetarians are more plentiful than the vegan
booklets! If your library doesn't have any she would order
one if U can find out a title of one. Of course U can go to your local bookstore and buy a book on Vegan Cooking!

Jam.

Apple and Blueberry Tart

Ingredients

vegan shortcrust pastry
4 tablespoons blueberrys
2 sweet eating apples (one green and one red)
lemon juice
Icing sugar

Grease a flan dish or other oven proof dish and place the pastry in it. Blind bake it for 10 minutes in a 180 degree oven.

Slice the apples (leaving the skins on but removing the core) and soak in a bowl of water with lemon juice added. Once the pastry is cooked put the blueberries into the bottom and spinkle with a layer of icing sugar and then lay the apples alternately red then green in a fan shape.

Brush with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar when serving if required.

If you have some oatmeal, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and a margerine substitute, you could make some apple crisp! Perfect for the winter blahs and super easy to make!

Vegan apple cake
Vegan apple crisp
Vegan apple cookies
Vegan Appfel strudel
Beet apple salad
Vegan apple pie
caramelized apples
Apple sauce
apple chutney

you could make apple juice, fruit salads, smoothies, apple pie, applesauce, apples with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on them (one of my favorites), apple ginger cake, caramelised apple pastries, or baked apples. you could also try taking a look on www.vegcooking.com, they have a lot of recipes for veggies and vegans.
