Answers:
You are wrong. No offence.

Wikipedia is a good place to start.

"According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), vegetarians who eat milk products and eggs enjoy excellent health. Vegetarian diets are consistent with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and can meet Recommended Dietary Allowances for nutrients. It is possible to obtain sufficient enough protein from a vegetarian diet so long as the variety and amounts of foods consumed are adequate."

Many vegetarians do eat milk and eggs. It's vegans who eat nothing at all from animals. Still quite possible to be healthy on a well-balanced vegan diet, though...

Why become a Vegetarian?
If you dont' want to eat animals, I don't think you need to give up Milk. I love milk. Real milk, soy doesn't cut it for me...

Vegetarian is not unhealthy. There are plenty of non-meat sources for protein available, most of which are more healthy for you than meat, such as tofu.

It depends. Some people become a vegetarian because they want to slim down. If you know how to control your source of all nutrition, it will be all right and it will also be healthier.
Things from meat are mostly fat and protein. You still can get protein from beans and being a vegetarian doesn't mean that you don't consume any animal products. Some still take dairy or egg products. Fat can come from many sources like oil or something.

There are two types of vegitarians - Lacto and vegan. Lacto vegitarians don't eat meat or fish but do eat dairy and eggs and vegans who don't eat any animal products.

It depends on your views as to which one you become. I am a Lacto veggie because I don't like the taste of meat but I do eat cheese and eggs etc.

Hope this clears it up for ya!

well im not fully vegetarian...cuz sometimes i eat chicken and shrimp. thats only because my family is full of people that eat meat and basicly if you dont eat meat in my household theres like nothing to eat. cuz their not nice and get vegetarian food for me.

yes alot of "things" in animals makes you healthy., the the same
"things" are found in plants, the "same"
it takes less energy to make 1 lb of vegtable/fruit
then 1lb of animal meat

so why take the long route to make a living animal into "food"
and skip out on eating the healthy stuff

i'm sure average vegetarians are very very much healthier then average people, and if that's true, can you explain? thanks

Are animal products really that healthy? People have a tendency to just listen to what other people tell us and forget to do our own research and use our own brains to think more logically. Why do all the counties that consume the most animal products, a few examples are (The US, Canada, the UK, Australia) also suffer from the most heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, obesity, stroke, diabetes etc? If it was not for these wealthy countries health care system they would be in a mess!
one example of average life span in a country who consumes allot of animal products and a country that consumes a much smaller amount, but still consumes them.

Watch this funny video lol made me laugh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05zhl1yud...
Thousands of years ago especially in the ice age many people used to eat meat and allot of it, when scientists study the teeth from the prehistoric people the can see that most of them never make it past age 50. Most seemed to have died at age 30 to 40. I realize the high meat consumption was for survival, and without it may have been difficult.

Humans are from the ape family, apes eat 98% to 100% vegetarian diet, unless they are short on vegetation eating meat is uncommon and unnecesary for their health. Some apes choose to eat meat and insects, but they don't need to. Some people think that humans are made to eat meat because we have so called K9 teeth. But if you look at the apes you will see that theirs are much larger, and yet they use them for eating plants, or for defending themselves. Some people will say that because apes even eat meat at all means that it is natural for us to do as well. Apes have also been examined to rape, and murder fellow apes, so does that make it ok for us to do also?

When it comes to dairy products, you have probably been told that they are a part of a healthy diet and you need the calcium for strong bones right? why then do the countries who consume the most milk also suffer the most osteoporosis? most people in china rairly drink milk if it all, and also have one of the lowest rates of osteoporosis in the world. Read this http://www.nealhendrickson.com/mcdougall... http://www.drmcdougall.com/misc/2007nl/f... Well just think about this.... does it make sense when we are the only animal on the planet that seems to think we need the milk from another species to keep healthy? Ever wondered how a cow who makes the milk in the first place got all the calcium needed to sustain itself and produce milk for its calf? Well the cow certainly did not go to the grocery store are buy milk. The cow of course ate plants! To no suprise plant foods have calcium to grow cows and many other huge animals like even elephants. You might wonder how a vegetarian gets enough protein, but again think about all those other powerfull animals like horses, elephants, oxen and all they eat is plants. Here is a 100% vegan body builder who has something to say http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yveh7w_w1... More and more people every day are becoming vegetarian, the myths about about a vegetarian diet are being broken.

I speak from my own experiance, I have lived 12 years of my life eating meat, dairy, eggs. And have lived 7 years as a vegetarian, and I can say right now that those years being a vegetarian I was more healthy, rairly sick, and generaly just felt great! I have been a vegan (no dairy, meat or eggs) for 2 months and I feel even better! I have more energy, I need less sleep (only 5 to 6 hours) a skin rash I used to have is gone! my skin even looks better.
