alot lol

vitamin B can be found in grains, nuts, vegetables, fruit, and potatos. though you may need quite a plentiful supply of vitamin B, mostly all your foods will have them, so you'll probably get all the vitamin B you need without worrying. eat a varied diet and you'll have all the vitamins you need.

sorry if this isn't helpful. i don't know the exact amount of vitamin B needed in a regular diet.

Don't worry, your body knows all about this and your inner brain will instruct your outer brain what to eat. Perhaps you will feel like eating nuts one day; that's your inner brain telling your outer brain what to do. What did everyone do before the 'discovery' of vitamins? They just ate food. As long as you have access to a variety of food, I wouldn't worry about such things. It's just propaganda that is influencing you to ask such questions.
