Tasty homemade protein shake?

I've been drinking powder protein and i was hoping there is a homemade recipe for protein that tastes half way decent. The shake will be for working out and maybe around 30-35 grams of protein?

Fruity Protein Shake
1 banana, frozen
4 strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 scoop soy protein powder
4 ice cubes

Breakfast Shake (with protein)
This recipe uses tofu as your source of soy protein
1/2 cup silken tofu
3/4 cup frozen fruit or fresh fruit
3/4 cup orange juice
honey or sugar, or splenda

Cant really vouch for the healthiness of this one, but...
Mocha Protein Shake
3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup, to taste
2 teaspoons instant coffee, for mocha
2 tablespoons tofu or soy yogurt
1 cup soy milk, as needed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
1-2 ice cube

If you have silken tofu at home, or a jar of soy protein shake mix, you can use any ole smoothie recipe and add it in.
